Lastly, a Tube of choice - my special Blonde comes from the gallery of Barbara Jensen- awesome artist, and is available on Licence from her site - only use if you hold the correct licence to do so :0)
This tutorial was written for Shaly, who loves black and white tags!
Shaly - we hope you feel better soon sweetie - we miss ya :0)
    OK lets rock……………
    New Canvas 650 x 650 - Floodfill white.
Open up my template, and paste as a new layer onto the tag.
Grab your magic wand, and click inside the small squares - the very outer edge on each of the corners- there are 5 squares on this line - you should have 20 selected in total.
Modify expand by 1, New raster layer, flood fill black. Select None. Rename it Blinky1
Activate the template layer again - Go to the next row of squares in ( there are 3 on this line ) select them on all 4 corners - total of 12 squares selected. New raster layer, and Floodfill black and select none. Rename Blinky 2
Repeat for the next row of squares in- which is a single square on its own, Rename Blinky 3 then repeat one last time for the final square that connects the corner frames to the main centre square.- rename blinky 4
You should now have a total of 6 layer - a white background, the template, and 4 separate layers, leach containing one row of the black squares.
Click inside your main centre square, modify and expand by 1,
Paste your tube as a new layer, position to your liking, then selections > Invert, and on Keyboard hit delete, leave selected, and paste a scrap paper of your choice, or Floodfill with a colour / gradient, then hit delete on the keyboard again - pull the fill layer beneath the tube. Select None.
Duplicate your paper ( or filled ) layer, and on the bottom one, do a Guassian blur of 10.
Next add some doodles of your choice behind the papers - so some peek out at the edges.
Add a ribbon or bead type element on the left hand side of the tag, and use a bow of your choice to *attatch* it to the tag.
Now delete the Template layer - we don’t need it any more :0)
Add your copyright credits and taggers mark now.
Last thing before going into animation shop - add your name in a font of choice - I used a glass effect, and a drop shadow on Shaly’s to make it stand out :0)
OK here is the fiddly part!
